The Producer

Founded in 1992 by Jean-Claude Rouzaud, President of Louis Roederer, Chateau Haut Beausejour was born from a selection of plots of two crus bourgeois, Chateau Picard and Chateau Beausejour, now concentrated on 5 hectares.

The vineyard enjoys an ideal location in Saint-Estephe, in the heart of the grand crus classes of the appellation. Recognized for their quality, the wines are delicious and generous. The cru now belongs to the Rousseau family, owner of Chateau Laffite Carcasse, cru Bourgeois Superieure in Saint-Estephe.
