100% Meunier cuvée from a reserve for which a vinification system in Soléra Champenoise has been in place since 1978! This unusual technique allows a reserve wine to be kept for many years. It is “regenerated”, “refreshed”, annually with 20% new wine from the last harvest. Set up by our parents in vat n°23, this wine was once dedicated to enriching blends. Today I am lucky to be able to perpetuate it, and I have chosen to use it only to champagne a few bottles with the 20% share that is taken regularly.

The Producer

For three generations Champagne Demière has been one of those independent family houses that contribute to the reputation and diversity of champagne wines.

Located on the terroir of Fleury la rivière, right bank of the Marne Valley, in the historic heart of Champagne, our vineyard is made up of 3 Champagne grape varieties (50% Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay).

Our terroir Champagne, made using thoughtful and reasoned cultivation methods, is expressed by a style that combines freshness and liveliness, with beautiful aromatic palettes. It is thirst-quenching and will be the ideal partner as an aperitif, and can often be associated with culinary art.

Its amplitude, and its persistent length in the mouth, give this atypical Champagne its reputation and its many awards.
